Digital Goa, Jan 18 – A 47-year-old head constable attached to the Vasco Railway Police Station died after collapsing while on patrolling duty at Vasco Railway Station on Saturday night. The deceased has been identified as Santosh Gogle, a resident of Kiratlem, Baina, Vasco. Police said Gogle suddenly collapsed while performing his duty and was rushed to the Sub-District Hospital, Chicalim, in a 108 ambulance, where he was declared brought dead at around 8.20 pm. An inquiry revealed that he had a history of heart-related ailments, informed police.
