Digital Goa, Feb 2 – The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Monday formally announced that they will enter the electoral fray for the Ponda by-election, with party national convener Arvind Kejriwal calling on voters to elect an AAP MLA to ensure a complete transformation of the state-run ID Hospital in Ponda.
