Digital Goa, May 8- Pramod Sawant on Friday said Goa was increasingly becoming like “Dubai” for people from other states arriving in search of jobs, while expressing concern over traditional Goan businesses being taken over by outsiders. Speaking at a PMEGP programme in Sanquelim, Sawant urged Goan youth to take up entrepreneurship and assured full government support.
