Digital Goa, May 21 – The Goa government has moved to declare 7,800 sq m of land at Majorda in Salcete as an Investment Promotion Area for the expansion of M/s JMJ Beach Resorts Pvt Ltd’s existing resort. The project involves adding 60 room keys to the property at Survey No. 67/2, Aframanto Das Prais. Following in-principle approval from the Goa Investment Promotion and Facilitation Board, suggestions and objections were invited from public and the final notification regarding notification of the area as investment promotion area has been issued.
