Digital Goa, July 14 – Goa Government has announced the ‘Rajshree Rakhi Bumper’ lottery, featuring a ₹1.21 crore first prize and a total prize pool of ₹5.03 crore. The draw will be held on September 7 at the Directorate of Small Savings and Lotteries, Panaji. A total of 4 lakh tickets, priced at ₹400 each, will be issued under the scheme notified by the Finance Department
