Digital Goa, July 30 – High Court has directed the Superintendent of Central Jail, Colvale, to facilitate the execution of court-mandated undertakings by three members of the Morje family while they are in judicial custody.The direction was issued on Thursday by a division bench of the Court in proceedings arising out of Contempt Petition. The Court was informed that Dileep alias Loshan Mangesh Morje and 2 others from the Morje family who were in police custody, were being remanded to judicial custody. The bench directed the jail authorities to facilitate execution of the required undertakings on the basis of an authenticated copy of the order. The matter has been posted for further hearing on July 31.
