Digital Goa, July 31 – CM Pramod Sawant on Friday said Goa’s architectural heritage must remain central to the state’s development, asserting that infrastructure growth should strengthen, rather than erode, the state’s unique cultural identity. He was addressing the National Conference on Goan Architecture & Sustainability in New Delhi. The conference inaugurated by Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat featured discussions on heritage conservation, energy-efficient buildings, climate-smart construction and sustainable urban planning, besides an exhibition showcasing GoVAN products.
