Digital Goa, August 3 – The Fast Track Special Court (POCSO), Panaji, has granted conditional bail to Soham Naik from Curchorem in a case where he is booked as a child in conflict with law. The court prohibited him from contacting, stalking, threatening or influencing the victim, her family members or prosecution witnesses, including through social media. He has also been barred from leaving Goa or entering and residing in South Goa without the court’s permission.
