The Town Planning Department has assured that guidelines for granting additional building height will be ready within three weeks, the State government told the High Court today.The government said the guidelines under the Goa Land Development and Building Construction Regulations, 2010, were under active consideration. The court was hearing a series of PILs filed by Goa Foundation, CREDAI, Shantadurga Devlay Residents Association, Candola etc. The matters will be heard next by Court on November 25.
