Digital Goa, July 14 – Special Margao Court will pronounce order on whether minister Babush Monserrate and MLA Jennifer Monserrate will be granted permanent exemption from appearance in the hearing of Panaji police station attack case on July 21. Babush and his wife Jennifer had sought permanent exeption from appearance in the case. However, CBI Counsel has opposed granting of exemption to both of them. Meanwhile, the hearing in Mauvin Godinho power rebate scam case was adjourned today as one key witness remained absent. Next hearing is kept on July 28.
