Digital Goa, Aug 1 – CM Pramod Sawant warned of action against social influencers if they defame Goa through social media. He said directions in this regards have been issued to Cybercrime cell. Sawant was responding to concerns raised in the assembly by BJP MLA Daji Salkar in this regards citing defamation of the state through Instagram Reels. One influencer took to instagram to tender public apology to the people of Goa for unintentionally hurting the sentiments of the people.
