Digital Goa, August 22 – Panaji Police today arrested the owner of Rottweiler dog who attacked two minor siblings and grievously injuring them while walking on road with their mother. 63-years-old Madhavrao Chauvan from Oitem-Taleigao was booked yesterday under IPC sections 289 (negligent conduct with respect to animal), 337 (causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others) and 338 (causing grievous hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others) based on the complaint filed by father of the two children injured in the attack. Hundreds of local residents had gathered outside the bungalow of Chauvan yesterday demanding action.
