Digital Goa, Sept 11- In a tragic incident, a 5-year-old child died due to drowning after falling in water filled cement tank at a construction site at Old Goa. The incident occurred yesterday afternoon. One person identified as Rajesh has been booked in the matter for culpable homicide not amounting to murder for endangering human life by keeping the tank open.
