Digital Goa, Sept 14- CM Pramod Sawant urged people of the state to maintain communal harmony and alleged that some unsatisfied souls are making conscious efforts to create discord among people. He urged Goans not to fall prey to their sinister designs. While speaking at a function in Margao CM said that the goal of the various social welfare initiatives of the govt is to increase the Happiness Index of the state.
