Digital Goa, Sept 23 – Banastari locals today alleged of illegalities in allocation of shops in the newly built market complex by the panchayat. They claimed that the shops were allocated by sidelining them. The market complex project inaugurated on Aug 25 is valued at Rs 17.80 crore of which Rs 12.32 crore has been allocated by the Union Ministry of Tribal Affairs.
