Digital Goa, Oct 28 – Three persons have been arrested by Collem police for murdering 38-year-old Jharkhand native at Collem under the influence of alcohol. Naked body of Philip Kispotta a labourer residing at Collem was found near the railway track at Collem on Oct 27. The accused are identified as 40-year-old Ramesh Doddamani from Hukkeri, Karnataka, 22-year-old Shivam Ram Bahadur from Raibarely and 56-year-old Chandrakant Bhagyavant from Satara, Maharashtra. Police had initially ruled out foul play but later registered the case as that or murder.
