Digital Goa, Nov 19 – PWD & Environment Minister Nilesh Cabral today resigned as cabinet minister. Three time MLA submitted his resignation to CM Pramod Sawant after BJP High Command asked him to do so. Cabral was recently called to Delhi by High Command and was asked to resign to make way for the induction of Aleixo Sequeira in the cabinet. Recently, he was embroiled into controversy over the recruitment of engineers in PWD.
