Digital Goa, Nov 24 – Following protest by Benaulim locals, the Margao Municipal Council has started clearing the unsegregated garbage dumped at the Western Bypass construction site. Local sarpanch Xavier Fernandes has also filed a complaint against MMC at Colva Police station and also with Pollution Control Board and TCP against the dumping of garbage in the area within the jurisdiction of the village.
