Digital Goa, Nov 28 – Two children had lucky escape last night after a massive cylinder blast in a flat in Panaji. The blast was so powerful that a part of wall was blown off. Incident happened in govt quarters at Bhatlem, Panaji. Only the two children were in the house at the time of blast as their parents were out for some work. It is reported that kids forgot to put hot plate off and due to the heat adjacent washing Machine caught fire leading to the blast of cylinder which was next to it. Fortunately, children escaped unhurt in the blast.
