Digital Goa, Jan 21 – Cuncolim police have filed chargesheet against driver of the Balrath bus which has met with accident on Dec 7 at Balli. The 47-year-old driver Prabhakar Velip had said that the accident had occurred due to locking of the steering wheel.27 students had received minor injuries and 5 had sustained grievous injuries in the accident. However, since the section slapped on him i.e. under sections 279 and 337 of the IPC are bailable, Velip has been granted bail.
