Digital Goa, Jan 24 – Babush Monserrate instigated the mob to attack the Panaji police station and started the ruckus at Panaji police station in 2008 demanding release of two accused in police custody, retired DySP Mohan Naik told the special case at Margao today. He was deposing before the court in Panaji Police station attack case. Naik who is a prosecution witness further told the court that police had to use tear gas in self defense.
