Digital Goa, Jan 15- The opposition parties, social activists and civil society has given a clarion call to Goans to attend the rally organised at Virdi in Sankhali in large numbers to save Mhadei from diversion into Karnataka. The much talked about rally will be held at 4 pm tomorrow in Virdi, which falls in CM Sawant’s constituency. All the opposition political parties except RGP have been creating awareness about the importance of saving Mhadei amongst the masses. Several environmental and social activists have also given a call to the people of Goa to come out in large numbers for this rally to show Goa’s feelings to the Centre which had approved the DPR of Karnataka recently.
