Digital Goa, April 13 – Killer roads of Goa have claimed yet another life. A 26-year-old woman from Nachinola, Bardez died in accident between truck and two-wheeler at Cansa, Thivim. The deceased is identified as Sujata Salgaokar.

Locals gathered at Colvale police station demanding arrest of the truck driver who was responsible for the death of Nachinola resident Sujata Salgaonkar. The truck driver fled away from the scene after the accident. Incidentally, death struck Sujata on the day of her birthday today.
Driver in Thivim accident case arrested
Colvale Police managed to nab the truck driver involved in the fatal accident at Thivim. The accused is identified as 39-year-old Pramod Gawas from Valpoi. 26-year-old bike rider Sujata Salgaonkar from Nachinola had died in the accident at Cansa, Thivim.
