Aug 5 – Goa govt will announce a policy by August 31 for providing house keeping and security staff to govt primary schools in Goa, assured CM Pramod Sawant. The schemes under the policy have already been sent for financial approval, he said. The policy will be announced by August end and staff can be appointed thereafter by the school head, he informed. Special provisions will be made for primary schools with more number of classes and students, he added.
