Aug 27- Amit Palekar has moved the High Court to seek relief in the cancellation of bail matter. Hearing in scheduled in the case tomorrow. Bail granted to Palekar was cancelled yesterday after Crime Branch approached Ponda Court pointing out that he had violated bail conditions. CB sleuths are on ‘lookout’ for Palekar since yesterday. CB counsel had contended before the Ponda Court yesterday that Palekar had sought permission of the court to visit France and some other countries but visited additional countries besides those for which permission was sought. Palekar is accused of trying to temper with evidence in the horrific Banastari accident case of Aug 6, 2023.
