Sept 4- Giving a clean chit to Chief Secretary Puneet Kumar Goel in the alleged paddy field conversion at Aldona, TCP Minister Vishwajeet Rane informed that he has bought the land by taking government permission. “Chief Secretary has not converted a single inch of land,” he added. He has not taken any favour from TCP Dept, claimed Rane. He further went on to tag the matter as malicious campaign against CS referring to him as excellent officer and human being. As per procedure, when a govt official buys any property the person has to inform the govt. CS has taken permission from govt for buying the property, he added.
