Sept 11- Goa govt will make it mandatory for boat owners to pay Rs 25 lakh as compensation per worker if any worker working on their boat expires while on duty. CM Pramod Sawant who visited the Cutbona jetty today gave instructions to officials to make necessary changes in rules and guidelines to this effect. Pointing out that health and well being of the workers is responsibility of the boat owners CM said that of the 5 workers who died, some were brought dead while others were severely dehydrated.
