Oct 3- Family of 57-year-old deceased lady from Siolim has filed complaint at the Panaji police station against doctor of Dona Paula based Hospital alleging negligence in treatment. The deceased is identified as Vishakha Chodankar. Relatives are suspecting negligence by doctor from the hospital, informed police.
