Oct 7 – Panaji Sessions Court has dismissed anticipatory bail application of Subhash Velingkar in the SFX comment matter. Anticipating arrest, Velingkar had applied for anticipatory bail on Saturday. He had not responded to 2 notices issued to him by Bicholim police to present himself before IO for investigation. Arguments on anticipatory bail matter and 5 intervention applications opposing the anticipatory bail were heard by the court today morning.
