Digital Goa, Feb 9 – Electricity Department has appealed to all consumers of South Goa to pay the arrears of electricity bill before February 28, 2023 to avoid disconnection of power supply and inconvenience thereon. One Time Settlement Scheme 2022 announced by the Dept will be open only till February 27, 2023, the Dept informed. The OTS Scheme is applicable to all the categories of consumers which are active, temporarily disconnected, permanently disconnected and consumers whose arrears are under revenue recovery courts. The consumers can avail OTS Scheme by paying Principle amount and avail 100% waiver of Delay Payment Charges (DPC) or pay outstanding in 12 installments (for domestic consumers) or 8 installments ( Commercial and Industrial Consumers).
