Oct 16- CM Pramod Sawant today blamed the school managements for the problems in running Bal Rath scheme. They should not divert the money given for maintenance of bal raths. They find difficulty in getting drivers and conductors for operating Bal Rath because they don’t pay them the salary paid by the government. The govt has hiked the bal rath grant from Rs 3.75 lakh to Rs 4.25 lakh. Bal Rath scheme for school buses will continue in the present form. They can replace the present buses but procuring of new buses will not be allowed now, he said.
