Nov 22 -Goa govt has relaxed late night sound ban for IFFI, Christmas and New Year across Goa. Loud speakers and public address system will be allowed from 10 pm to 12 midnight from Nov 21 to Nov 26 for International Film Festival of India, Dec 24 to Dec 26 for Christmas and Dec 31 for new year.
