Nov 26- Sunburn EDM Festival organisers have officially applied for permission from Dhargal Panchayat for holding the festival within the jurisdiction of the Panchayat from Dec 28 to Dec 30. Panchayat Sarpanch informed media persons that the panchayat will study the matter and take a decision in this regards by taking the panchayat body into confidence. Dhargal is mentioned as the venue of the EDM festival on the event’s ticketing partner Bookmyshow. A PIL opposing the conduct of the festival at Dhargal has already been filed in the high Court this regards by a Pernem resident.
