Nov 27 – One more local is arrested in chain snatching incident in Goa. One Rajesh Gopinath Mapari, 38 years, from Pomburpa was arrested by Mardol Police in mangalsutra snatching case at Marcel. The scooter used in committing the crime is also attached by police. A man from Old Goa was arrested two days back for snatching chain of tourist at Calangute.
