Nov 29 – Goa may receive light to moderate rainfall from December 2 to 5 due to developing cyclone in the Bay of Bengal. According to the IMD, rainfall may occur in few places in Goa as the result of this cyclone which is expected to cross the Indian peninsula towards Arabian sea in the next few days. Meanwhile, Dabolim recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 19.5 degrees this morning. Panaji recorded minimum temperature of 19.6 degrees which is 2.2 degrees lower than the normal temperature.
