Dec 9- A large fire erupted near the Colvale Industrial Estate today, after dry grass in the area caught fire and quickly spread, sending thick plumes of black smoke into the sky and alarming residents nearby. Three fire tenders were deployed to the scene to bring the blaze under control. Firefighters worked for several hours to extinguish the flames, which spread rapidly due to dry and windy conditions. No casualties or injuries have been reported so far.
