Dec 15- Goan youth was arrested by Panaji police for allegedly raping a woman residing at Vasco and a native of Hyderabad in July this year. The accused 22-year-old youth allegedly raped her by threatening her with dire consequences to her life. He has been booked under sections 64,115, 351(3) and 352 of BNS 2023.
