Dec 15- Taliegao resident has been arrested by Panaji police for allegedly raping a woman residing at Vasco and a native of Hyderabad in July this year. The accused identified as 22-year-old Mitch Fernandes from Taliegao allegedly raped her by threatening her with dire consequences to her life. Mitch has been booked under sections 64,115, 351(3) and 352 of BNS 2023.
