Aug 10 – Aam Admi Party leader Amit Palekar has filed a police complaint against the promoters of Sunburn Festival and Directors of Book My Show for selling tickets for the EDM festival allegedly without taking due permissions from the state authorities. Palekar presented a ticket purchased by him for the event that is to be held for 3 days from Dec 28 as a proof. State authorities have denied giving any permission to the organisers. Meanwhile Lotoulim Extraordinary Gramsabha is slated to discuss the proposal of holding Sunburn at Verna tomorrow.
