Digital Goa, Aug 10 – Accused Mercedes car driver in the Banastari horrific accident case, Paresh Sinai Sawardekar has now moved the High Court seeking urgent hearing of his bail matter. The accident on the Banastari bridge caused allegedly due to rash and negligent drunken driving had claimed 3 lives, grievously injuring 2 others. Paresh is presently in police custody. Ponda Court had earlier denied him bail.
