Digital Goa, Jan 12- Hearing in the alleged power scam has been adjourned to Jan 19 after all 5 witnesses to whom summons was issued failed to appear before the Special court in South Goa. The matter had come for hearing today. The summons for 4 of the witnesses was returned back allegedly as their addresses could not be located. The fifth witness who was issued summons through Whatsapp message said he was in Mangalore and sought change in date. Incidentally, Minister Mauvin Godinho who is main accused in the case has been granted permanent exemption from appearing before court in the matter.
