Nov 29 – All government departments, educational institutions, and industries will be required to establish internal committees to address sexual harassment, in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act. Chief Minister Pramod Sawant announced that he has instructed the Chief Secretary to issue a circular mandating this action for all government departments, educational institutions, industries, and factories.
