Jan 5- The Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) of Goa police conducted a raid in Morjim and arrested Jawahar Singh Jibu, a native of Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, for allegedly being in illegal possession of 450 grams of charas worth Rs 4.5 lakhs. During preliminary interrogation, Jibu admitted to cultivating the charas himself for further sale and distribution. The ANC is investigating the network linked to the illegal cultivation and trade.
