Digital Goa, Oct 25 – One Andhra native was booked by Fatorda police for cheating a woman from Aquem, Margao to the tune of Rs 12 lakh on the pretext of selling a flat. The accused identified as Bhaskar Begari allegedly took the money from the victim lady by trying to resell an already sold flat.
