Anjuna Police attach ₹1.22 crore assets in ₹4.37 crore fraud case

Digital Goa, August 3 – Anjuna Police have attached assets worth over ₹1.22 crore under Section 107 of the BNSS in a ₹4.37 crore financial fraud case involving a former restaurant manager accused of diverting company funds. Acting on a JMFC, Mapusa order, police attached a residential house in Delhi worth ₹1.2 crore, besides gold ornaments and vehicles worth about ₹2.5 lakh.
