Digital Goa, July 26- State govt has decided to give yet another extension of 90 days for people to file fresh applications for regularising unauthorised houses existing in the state, informed Minister Babush Monserrate. Three extensions have already been given for receiving application of regularization under the provisions of the Goa Regularisation of Unauthorised Construction Act, 2016. This is the final time that the deadline will be extended, henceforth there will be no more extensions, asserted Monserrate. “Whoever has missed out should apply now,” he asserted. The Act was enacted to make a provision for regularisation of unauthorised constructions carried out in certain lands in the state before February 28, 2014.
