Digital Goa, Dec 1 – Close on the heel of recent incident at Sarmanas ferry point, another car was plunged into river at Tiracol ferry ramp in Pernem. Fortunately, locals with the help of ferry workers managed to remove the driver safely out of water. The rent-a-cab was driven by one Druv Mittal from Uttar Pradesh.
