Jan 26- A person from Rajasthan who drove a rented car in reckless manner and Goan owner of the car have been booked by Anjuna police in the Arpora fatal accident case. Shubham Singhdeo Singhdeo from Jaipur, Rajasthan who is the driver of the car and Mitesh Hadfadkar the person who gave his private car on rent to Shubham have been booked by police in the matter. 44-year-old Amrul Haque who was residing at Saligao and a native of West Bengal died in the accident. 54-year-old Pillion rider Sheela Rathod has also been injured in the accident. The accident occurred today morning at around 7.45 am when speeding car driven by Shubham dashed against the two-wheeler which Amrul was riding. After the accident instead of waiting to help the injured, Shubham fled from the scene. Amrul succumbed to injuries while Sheela who has sustained serious injuries is being undergoing treated at the hospital. Police informed that investigation is in progress to arrest the accused person.
