Digital Goa, December 9 – Goa Police has detained one more accused in the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub fire case. The accused, identified as Ajay Gupta from New Delhi who is co-owner and partner of the night club, was taken into custody after a Look Out Circular (LOC) was issued against him. According to police, when a team earlier visited Gupta’s residence in Delhi, he was found absconding, following which an arrest warrant was obtained. He has now been successfully detained in New Delhi and further legal procedures are underway, informed police.
