Digital Goa, Dec 11- Goa State Human Rights Commission (GSHRC) has issued notices to the Chief Secretary and the Director General of Police, directing them to file their replies and remain present for a hearing on January 6, 2026. The action follows a petition filed by the All India Lawyers’ Union – Goa Unit to GHRC to take suo motu cognisance of alleged gross human rights violations connected to the December 6 Arpora fire incident.
