Digital Goa, August, 25 – Saurabh Luthra, Gaurav Luthra and Ajay Gupta have approached the Supreme Court challenging the Bombay High Court at Goa order cancelling their bail in cases linked to the Arpora nightclub fire and the consequential surrender direction. The High Court had set aside the bail granted to the trio by the Sessions Court on Aug 18 and directed them to surrender within two weeks, while granting them liberty to seek fresh bail before the trial court.The three are accused in cases arising from the December 6, 2025 fire at Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub at Arpora, which claimed 25 lives.
